Inspection tool-01 dentCHECK

We are proud to partner with 8tree, a leading provider of dent-mapping solutions, to create a cutting-edge robot tool for our inspection product.

This tool combines the precision and accuracy of 8tree’s dentCHECK technology with the convenience and flexibility of our robot platform. By leveraging the expertise of both companies, we are able to offer a highly efficient and effective inspection solution that can rapidly detect and assess damage on aircraft surfaces.

Dent & Buckle

Portable and cable-free, dentCHECK is suitable for inspecting damages at the line, in the hangar, on the tarmac, or at an AOG situation. The tool measures dents, bumps, lightning strikes and blend-outs on metallic or on composite surfaces.

The dentCHECK inspection product provides fast and accurate inspection results, helping to streamline the inspection process and reduce the time required for maintenance checks. By eliminating the need for rigging and other time-consuming preparation, our product can significantly reduce aircraft downtime, allowing for faster return to service.

Future

The future of inspection is evolving rapidly, and our robots are at the forefront of this technology. With advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, our robots will be able to quickly and accurately analyze and interpret inspection data, leading to even faster and more precise inspections.

Furthermore, the ability to remotely operate our robots and perform inspections from anywhere in the world has enormous potential for reducing travel and logistics costs, while increasing operational efficiency. As technology continues to advance, we are excited to explore the possibilities of integrating additional sensors and tools onto our robots, further expanding their capabilities and enhancing the accuracy of our inspections

NDT

In the future, we envision our robots equipped with even more advanced sensors, such as thermal imaging and acoustic emission detectors, providing even more precise data for analysis. With the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, our robots will be able to perform increasingly complex inspections, quickly identify defects, and provide detailed analysis.

Lightning strike

As technology continues to advance, there are exciting future possibilities for lightning strike detection and inspection with our robots. With the integration of advanced sensors and machine learning algorithms, our robots will be able to detect lightning strikes on aircraft surfaces in real-time, allowing for immediate inspection and repairs.

Software

A comprehensive database that can be accessed by aircraft owners and operators to gain valuable insights into their aircraft’s health and performance.

With this data and software, operators can identify potential issues before they become problems, reduce downtime and maintenance costs, and ultimately enhance aircraft safety. We believe that our innovative approach to inspection and data collection is the key to keeping aircraft in top condition and ensuring the safety of everyone on board.

API Integration

Our inspection software is designed to be a powerful tool that enhances safety and helps operators and owners maintain their aircraft in the best possible condition. As part of our commitment to providing top-of-the-line services, we are developing an API that will allow seamless integration with other MRO software. This API will allow operators, owners, and pilots to receive real-time data about their aircraft’s condition.

Preflight

Our inspection software is designed to provide valuable data and reports to various stakeholders in the aviation industry, including pilots.

With the help of our app, pilots can easily access visual damage history, making pre-flight inspections more efficient and accurate. By providing pilots with this information, they can quickly assess any damage or issues that may require attention, reducing the risk of accidents and enhancing overall flight safety.
